At Rabbits on the Run Catering, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, fresh catering that meets your expectations. As our products are made-to-order food items, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, we are happy to assist with a refund under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility

We will offer a refund if:
βœ” Your order was incorrect or did not match what was ordered.
βœ” There was a quality issue with the food received.
βœ” Your order was not delivered as agreed.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at catering@rabbitgroup.co within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  • We cannot refund orders where incorrect delivery details were provided by the customer.
  • All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of order receipt.
