Delivery Areas

Rabbits on the Run Catering delivers to Brisbane, QLD and surrounding areas only. We do not offer delivery outside this region.

 

Delivery Days & Times

➜ Standard delivery is available Daily, excluding public holidays.

➜ Deliveries are made within a scheduled delivery windows.

➜ All orders must be placed in advance.

➜ Same-day delivery is available on request.

 

Delivery Fees (Spend-Based)

Delivery fees are calculated based on your order value (excluding delivery):

➜ Spend $0 - $500: $40 delivery fee

➜ Spend $500 - $1,000: $30 delivery fee

➜ Spend $1,000 - $1,500: $20 delivery fee

➜ Spend over $1,500: Free delivery

The applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.

For large or corporate orders requiring special delivery arrangements, please contact us for a customised delivery quote.

 

Order Cut-Off Times

To ensure we can fulfil your order, all catering orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to your requested delivery date. Orders placed after this cut-off may not be accepted.

 

Delivery Process

➜ Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

➜ Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time.

➜ If no one is available, the order may be left in a safe location where possible. Once delivered, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer, and we are not liable for items left unattended.

➜ If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or restricted access, a re-delivery fee may apply.

 

Pick-Up Option

Customers may choose to collect their order from our catering kitchen:

➜ Pick-Up Location: 28 Tallowwood Street, Seven Hills QLD 4170

➜ Pick-Up Times: By appointment only

➜ Please arrive at your scheduled pick-up time to avoid delays.

 

Changes to Delivery Details

Any changes to delivery details must be emailed to shop@rabbitsontherun.catering at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. Changes requested after this time cannot be guaranteed.

 

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Rabbits on the Run Catering is not liable for delays outside of our control. If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
