Placing an Order

Catering orders can be placed through our website or by contacting our team directly.

➜ All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

➜ Once an order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation.

➜ We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary.

Payment Requirements

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

 

Cancellations

Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before delivery may be eligible for a refund (processing fees may apply). Orders cancelled within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable, as preparation and sourcing have already begun.

 

Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, refunds may be considered if:

➜ There was a verified quality issue

➜ Delivery was not completed as agreed

Delivery Areas

We deliver within selected areas of Brisbane, Queensland. Delivery outside these zones may be possible upon request and may incur additional charges.

 

Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

 

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver within agreed timeframes; however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, supplier issues).

 

Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and notifying us of any allergies or dietary requirements before placing an order. Rabbits on the Run Catering is not liable for allergic reactions where requirements were not communicated clearly at the time of ordering.

 

Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, menus, images, branding, and logos, is the property of Rabbits on the Run Catering. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rabbits on the Run Catering is not liable for:

➜ Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products.

➜ Delays or disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

➜ Customer failure to provide correct delivery or dietary information.

➜ Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be handled in Queensland courts.
